What Happens If Later I Decide To Quit?
This is a Month-To-Month program. You can quit at any time. However, it should be noted that a major factor of why our client's websites appear on page one is from our ongoing efforts relating to their websites. In addition to our ongoing monthly creation, submissions and daily monitoring of your site at thousands of quality backlink locations, we also perform additional proprietary services. Of great importance is that over 90% of our backlink locations have very short life spans so we must constantly refresh them. If you decide to terminate our service, those backlinks will go away which may have a negative effect on your overall score and positioning.

Find What Other Sites Are Linked To Yours?
Currently search engines consider back-linking to be one of the most influential portions of SEO success .
Your back link portfolio is the entire scope of websites that are currently linking to your site directly.
This does not include link exchanges, which can actually have an adverse effect.
The Importance of Quality Back Links –
If your site’s back link portfolio is filled with sites that are spam ridden, loaded with questionable or
irrelevant content, then don’t expect this to help with your rankings. Search Engines are looking for quality back
links from relevant websites. At SiteSolutions.Com we strive to create the most natural looking back link portfolios
focusing on relevant sites with relevant content. These sites include: Social Web Pages, Directories, Blogs,
Private Sites owned exclusively by SiteSolutions.Com, and finally, purchased one-way links.

Meta Tags - What they are and how then can affect your success.
Meta Tags are a very important part of web page programming. Meta tags are used by most search engines (not all)
to gather their information about your company and the services you provide. This information is stored by the
search engine and is used by it to determine when your site should be included in it's search results and often
times, where your site will appear in those results... towards the top or deeper in the list. See, they "are"
important. They're not the Magic Answer but they can have a lot of influence.
There are numerous types of Meta tags but the most important are the ones for Keywords, Description plus a
piece of code called the Title tag.
Do visitors to my site see these meta tags? Nope, they will only see the TITLE TAG which is located at the very
top of their browser but not actually on your web page itself. Be sure to read the areas about each one of these tags.
If your web site doesn't have them, then get them.
Remember, don't put this one off... It is very important...

Google uses the Title Tag, Description Meta Tag (most often), Page Text, and other items.

Why Does My Site Keep Changing Positions In The Engines?
Each time a search engine updates its database of web pages, the index shifts: they find new sites, they lose
some sites, and site rankings change. It's also possible your rank decreased because other sites were found which
were assigned a higher rank. You can be assured that no one at the search engine has manually adjusted the results
to decrease the ranking of one site or increase the ranking of another. The engine's order of results is automatically
determined by several factors, often times including a PageRank algorithm. However, there are cases where the search
engine will put listing at the top of the list that has paid them for premium positioning. Ask your SEO Advisor
about our Guaranteed Positioning with PPC Solutions.

What happens if I get too much business?
Don't laugh... This is a very real possibility. As you can imagine, being listed in the Top listing positions in these
engines has a tremendous potential for increased business. Of course, your visitor volume depends upon a couple of factors
including the number of Internet users searching for your type of product or service. Therefore, you should only use this
program if you are fully prepared to handle the additional flow of business activity. Being in the Top positions has a very
real possibility of bringing a company "too much business." If this turns out to be the case with your site, please contact
us and we can temporarily move your site out of the Top until you have an opportunity to catch up with your inquiries and orders.
Just keep us informed as it happens.

What if I don't want to be in the Top Listings Positions?
PPC Solutions is a great way to greatly increase your exposure potential to high quality targeted traffic. If you are
looking to be listed in the Organic or “Non-Sponsored” area of the search results, then we recommended our Organics Solutions program.
Please click here for more information on organic Solutions.
Return To Questions
Can I pay to have my listings permanently positioned in the Top Listings?
No. The search results are dynamic, and your position in the search results may change periodically during the day based on
your budget and the bidding activities of other advertisers. We do, however, monitor and manage your account to help ensure
that you maintain your desired position in the search results. Being number one in the search results may not bring you the
best ROI (Rate Of Return) for your dollar. We often times recommend a lower position which will actually bring you a great
ROI and provide excellent results.
Return To Questions
What determines my position?
Your position is determined by several factors including the quality of your ad, and the amount of money you are willing to
spend per click-thru VS anyone else who is bidding on that exact same search word or phrase. The highest bidder with the best
written ad usually gets position #1. The next highest bidder gets usually gets position #2 and so on. We work with you on ad
creation and projected costs. We then manage your program to match your objectives and budget.
Return To Questions
Who manages my positions and bidding?
Return To Questions
We monitor and manage all your bids 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will have a personal PPC Advisor who will keep your
listing position as close as possible to the exact positions you desire. They will increase and decrease your bids according
to any competitive bids you may be receiving on your particular keywords. All bids on your behalf are kept within your budget.
Return To Questions
What happens if someone bids higher than I do?
Temporarily they will take over the position you once held. Again, this is temporary. As soon as we detect that this has
happened, we will place a bid for that search term that is higher than theirs thereby putting your listing back in the prior
position for which you had requested we maintain for you. Of course we will keep expenses at a level that keeps your per
click costs and overall costs in line with your budget.
Return To Questions
How can I see what is being bid by others for different keyword positions?
No one can see exactly what others are bidding as this is privileged information. Just as we do not disclose to others
what your bids and budgets are. However, we do have tools that present us with an overall estimated position and cost factors.
Your personal PPC Advisor will with work with you and review these reports to help give you insights as to what your estimated
cost and activity will be.
Return To Questions
How much does this cost me?
Your total costs are comprised 3 factors: 1) Your one-time initial setup fee, 2) your monthly management fee, 3) your actual
costs for your visitors. You will be billed directly by the search engines for your actual click costs.
Return To Questions
How do I get started?
Return To Questions
What happens if someone keeps clicking on my listing?
A number of methods are used to ensure that all clicks that are reported to our users are genuine. For security reasons,
we do not disclose details of this protection methodology nor do we give visual or system clues that click protection is active.
Rest assured that "invalid clicking" is one of our most important issues. We realize that it is mandatory to ensure the
integrity of our marketplace.

How do I know where my traffic is coming from?
Here at SiteSolutions.Com we understand how important statistical information is and how it can affect your marketing
strategies. We have an optional Analytics program that can be added to any PPC Solutions Account. Just ask your personal
PPC Advisor about Analytics.
Return To Questions
How do I decide which keywords or key phrases is best?
We work with you in this area. However, you being in your position of direct involvement with your own company and
your industry are the best to have knowledge of words that relate to your product or service. We can provide you with
methods to see the searching patterns of people using certain words which will show you the number of times a certain
word or phrase was searched in the prior calendar month. Additionally, it will show you related search words or phrases
which you may want to consider using for your own.
Return To Questions
How do I determine which position I should bid for?
Many things affect click-through rate, including well-written titles and descriptions, and the relevancy of your listing
to the user's search. But one of the most important factors is your listing's position in the search results. We've found that
the higher your listing's position in the search results, the more clicks you're likely to receive.

What is the minimum bid and minimum monthly spend?

Standard Submissions Answers:
When Will I Appear In The Engines?
This is a very important topic. Please read ALL of it.
Search engines and directories control their own databases and the time frame it takes to get a new listing into their
search engines. Therefore, how soon you appear in any one particular engine or directory is totally up to them. This is something
that no one other than the Search Engine or Directory itself has any control. Once your site is submitted, we must wait. It's
that way for ALL web site owners so be patient. It takes time. However, a few engines will allow you to pay them to give you an
answer within a few days. Ask your SiteSolutions.Com Advisor for details.
The earliest possible is usually Google within 2-5 weeks. Other engines will begin to pick you up on the average of 2-4 months
with some taking as long as 5 months. Remember, whether you submit your own site manually or have us do it for you, neither of us
has control to force the engines to show your site any earlier.
Return To Questions
How Often Should I Submit My Web Site?
The answer to this question has been taken directly from Google’s web page.
Google Quote: "While we're always working to include more content in Google, sites can occasionally fall out of our search
results. Our spiders regularly crawl the web to rebuild our index, but keeping tabs on billions of pages is tough work, and we may miss a few."
With keeping this in mind SiteSolutions.Com submits your web site to Google and Yahoo plus numerous other locations monthly.

How Do I Know I've Been Submitted?
Each month SiteSolutions.Com will send an email to the email address that you provide us, confirming that we have submitted
your site(s) to the engines and directories during the prior calendar month. It is not uncommon, especially in today’s spam world,
that for various reasons our email notifications to you may be blocked. This can be caused by your email spam blockers or filters,
by your email server providers systems, or for a number of other reasons. This is why it is important for you to note that email
notifications provided by SiteSolutions.Com are not and should not be considered a part of the submission services you have
purchased from SiteSolutions.Com. They should be considered as informational messages only and your actual receipt of any or
all of the email notifications does not constitute a breach of our duties regarding the actual submissions of your site(s). The
lack of receipt of the email does not mean that your site(s) was not submitted, it merely means that you did not receive the
email stating that it had already been done.

How Do I Update My Information With SiteSolutions.Com?
SiteSolutions.Com maintains a copy of the information that you provided us when you originally placed your order, i.e.,
TITLE, DESCRIPTION, and 16 KEYWORDS. We use this data for submitting to the "Directories". You see, Directories do not have the
ability to Crawl through or visit your web site via a spider. Therefore, we must provide them the information about you.
Important: When you update your web site's meta tags or title, you should also send us updated information so we can change
the data we have on file for the directories. You simple send your changes to service@sitesolutions.com. Tell us your company
name and web site address. You can include changes which can be up to: Title - 100 characters max, Description - 250 characters max,
16 Keywords up to 30 characters max each. Note that this is "characters" not "words" and be sure to include spaces in the total
character count.

Why Does My Site Keep Changing Positions In The Engines?
Each time a search engine updates its database of web pages, the index shifts: they find new sites, they lose some sites, and
site rankings change. If your site was dropped from the engine and you have not made major changes to it in the last month, they
will more than likely pick it up again in their next index. It's possible your site was simply inaccessible when the engine's
robots tried to crawl it.
You may want to check and see if the number of other sites linking to your URL has decreased. This can be a very large factor
in determining what sites are indexed by many engines, as they find most pages when their robots crawl the web and jump from
page to page via hyperlinks.
It's also possible your rank decreased because other sites were found which were assigned a higher rank. You can be assured
that no one at the search engine has manually adjusted the results to decrease the ranking of one site or increase the ranking
of another. The engine's order of results is automatically determined by several factors, often times including a PageRank
algorithm. However, there are cases where some search engines (not including Google or Yahoo) will put listings at the top of
the list that have paid them for premium positioning. You can inquire about their specific offerings at that individual
search engine.
