notifications provided by SiteSolutions.Com are not and should not be considered a part of the submission services you have
purchased from SiteSolutions.Com. They should be considered as informational messages only and your actual receipt of any or
all of the email notifications does not constitute a breach of our duties regarding the actual submissions of your site(s). The
lack of receipt of the email does not mean that your site(s) was not submitted, it merely means that you did not receive the

Automatic Renewal: That's why each year, we automatically renew your submissions during the last month of your submission cycle
for an additional 12 month period. You will of course receive the lowest price then offered for our service. If it's on sale, you
get the sales price. We will bill the credit card that you gave us during your initial purchase of our service. You can, however,
elect not to take advantage of our automatic renewal by providing us with a written notice at least 30 days prior to your 12th
submission informing us that it is your desire "not" to renew. We will then not bill your credit card and your site may then
fall out of the engines over a period of time.

How Do I Update My Information With SiteSolutions.Com?
SiteSolutions.Com maintains a copy of the information that you provided us when you originally placed your order, i.e.,
TITLE, DESCRIPTION, and 16 KEYWORDS. We use this data for submitting to the "Directories". You see, Directories do not have the
ability to Crawl through or visit your web site via a spider. Therefore, we must provide them the information about you.
Important: When you update your web site's meta tags or title, you should also send us updated information so we can change
the data we have on file for the directories. You simple send your changes to service@sitesolutions.com. Tell us your company
name and web site address. You can include changes which can be up to: Title - 100 characters max, Description - 250 characters max,
16 Keywords up to 30 characters max each. Note that this is "characters" not "words" and be sure to include spaces in the total
character count.
